- get materials
- put your 2 sticks in a cross shape
- put 4 cups on the end of sticks (2 on each)
- tape cups
- tape the sticks in place
- get a pencil and pin
- the pin goes in the rubber of pencil

CONCLUSION:
so I found out that the field had the highest spins with 80 spins per minute and 13-20kpm the Beaufort force was 3 then the Old J Block with 60 spins per minute that 1 spin per second. The Beaufort force was 6-12 then the Green Hill In The New Kahuis with 40 spins per minutes wind speed was the same as the Old J Block 6-12 then last The Court Gate with 12 spins per minute wind speed.
